*we don't get value for our work. *We always have to work under mounting pressure without any appraisal. *If often feels like we are working for a charity Instead in a corporate company. *All your issues went unnoticed when escalated to management, our boss are like merely a spectator. *Managers play very smartly , as they know how to run away from the criticality of any project. *There is no person to guide but only to pressurize you. *The appraisal only for flatter not performance based. *Does not know about the tasks but only knows and says it's 5 min job. *Developers are only who are responsible for each and every issue whether it is designing, lack in requirement gathering and miscommunication, person who is collecting requirement our manager. *Its for Manager/Leads of india team (Gurgaon/Singapore).
