Pros
NMS have a great team, and care is taken before a new person is hired, that all team members are suited to work well together, not only by skill, but also by personality and interest. Initiative and unconventional thinking are rewarded, especially with the interest of the clients in mind. The main focus is to provide excellent customer service, even if that means to go beyond the original request.
The office, software, and organization are great, and far better than in previous, similar jobs I have worked with other companies. Suggestions and problems are listened to, discussed in meetings, and if at all possible implemented.
If working with technology at a place that offers opportunity, but expects a little own initiative sounds good, then this is it.
Cons
None that I can think of. Should there ever be any problems, they are discussed and resolved within the team and weekly meetings.
