Good flexibility and working hours, strong union and support systems for all employees and a good approach to diversity and inclusion. All work is carried out to a safe standard.

Poor management, particularly middle management which makes what should be an easy job difficult, deep rooted blame culture, disjointed approach to operations and maintenance that leads to stressful working environment.
