      Pros

      MSPs are a great place to get your foot in the IT field's door, but the major drawback is the insane amount of work involved. Network Right, however, is not a typical MSP. You are assigned clients that are strictly yours and you can improve/manage their IT how you see fit. From client-to-client their stack is completely different. Lots of learning to be done here with lots of cloud tech. Highly recommend!

      Cons

      Not really a con, but some of the MSP trappings are still there. SLAs, time to resolve, etc.

      Pros

      -Scrappy startup with a lot of opportunity to learn and grow -You get to work with some of the coolest tech companies -Founders really care about the employees and you can tell that they think through hard decisions -FUN company events

      Cons

      -Since they are a startup sometimes you have to wear multiple hats, but that's not a bad thing -Clients can be challenging to work with

      Pros

      There are a lot of genuinely talented and hardworking people here. Everyone cares about doing good work and supporting one another. Company growth has created opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities and challenges. The company is supportive of professional growth

      Cons

      Due to the nature of startups and the growth of the company, there are challenges. Workload can be high and expectations can at times seem unreasonable. There are periods of high stress across the team and sometimes it feels like the company is not addressing it and prioritizing other things or makes questionable decisions
