12yWe would like to thank the person for taking the time to review NFF, define us as “glorious,” and giving us 3 stars. This post is from a previous employee who had a different view of what team work is all about. We would like to clarify a few facts about our firm.
Established in 1996, NFF is a focused boutique IT shop (not to be confused with a typical “mom and pop” shop) with impressive industry certifications and past performances. We are proud of our Cisco Gold, NetApp Gold, Riverbed Gold and VMware Enterprise partnership status.
We have been ranked in the top 100 nationwide list for three years by ICIC (a nonprofit research and strategy organization and the leading authority on U.S. inner city economies and businesses, founded in 1994 by Harvard Business School Professor Michael Porter).
The implementation of a highly available Network Infrastructure for Nation’s Capital E911 call center as well as participation in securing Presidential Inauguration events, as a prime contractor attests to the level of trust our customers put in NFF’s capabilities and integrity. Our dedication to providing exceptional consulting services has resulted in receipt of Cisco’s “Customer Satisfaction Award” for 19th consecutive quarters.
NFF has established long time relationships with many of its customers. The majority of our resident engagements at customer sites are secured by multi-year contracts. The vast majority of our full time employees have enjoyed a mutually beneficial working relationship with our firm and their tenures fall in the range of 5 to 10 years. As it is common in the IT industry, some client engagements are short term in nature. In such cases our bench engineering staff and/or short term contractors will provide consulting services with complete transparency about the duration of the contract.

The statement “out of sight, out of mind” is the opposite of our philosophy, our HR, Account Management and/or Engineering team members are in continuous communication with our client-site resident staff.
We do not have limited resources and can proudly state that we are a debt free company with more than $21M annual revenue because we do know how to take care of our finances to both benefit our company as well as our employees.
