Management is rebuilding and restructuring. There is room for growth within the company

Low pay and there always seems to be conflicting policies from one person to another and the systems we use are outdated

Patient care is excellent, Monday through Friday office hours

Poor management, no room to grow, intense work flow for low pay rate, drama between employees an office manager, an lack of communication.
