      Snacks, Non Customer Facing, Some coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Low Pay, No benefits (No PTO, no sick leave so if you get something like Covid, you will not get paid while you quarantine), Micromanagement, Rude Supervisors, Non Visable Owner, your job is Temporary

      Pros

      Easy work. Can work straight 8 hrs and leave for the day.

      Cons

      No PTO or Holiday pay unless you are salary employee. Only allowed 30 min break if you choose, otherwise you are expected to stay at your desk. Only allowed to take bathroom breaks. Constantly monitored by cameras installed in production area to make sure you're not talking or away from your desk too long.
