The people are great, the owners are active, knowledgeable and friendly. It really does feel like an extended family. Benefits are good, atmosphere is good and ownership really cares about their employees

Management is amazing Pay is decent, but nothing different than any other shop OT is there if you want it Parallel level employees are great people to work with.

Owners are too involved in the company. They hire managers for a reason, there is no need to micro manage the company. If given the chance the owners will bring in their friends and push you out of a position if given the opportunity. Nothing is thrown away and if someone wants it then you will have to dig through the dumpsters to pull it out.
