Pros
Getting to meet great people in your team/city and working at some great facilties.
Cons
Where to begin... no work life balance, last minute travel cases, you'll have to wake up at 300am to make a case 2 hours away, constant schedule changes, being told you won't have to travel but then they hire you and they make you travel. They're understaffed in several regions and have a hard time keeping techs. Management doesn't listen to their techs concerns or complaints or takes them seriously. Most the bad reviews are pretty accurate from the ones I've gone through and read. I've pointed out what the bad reviews have said about them and they don't show any concern of their reputation. They don't care if they're new staff are trained well enough to be in an OR. They just need bodies to staff the contracts they keep taking but don't have the staff numbers to keep up with. Compared to others their education program is very short and does not prepare employees appropriately. Techs get burnt out and turn over is high. Unlimited PTO is not "unlimited". There is certain number of days a year from my understanding they try to keep it at regardless of working more to make up for your time off when you get back from PTO. Having their techs happy and comfortable is not a priority.
