The diversity in projects is the biggest attraction working here. The people are very hard working including the vice-president of the company. He is really easy to talk with and helpful person. Projects are mostly based on new ideas or new application of old ideas, but there is always excitement towards next project. I believe there is so far a good balance of moderate and challenging projects. Company arranges many info seasons offered by distributors to stay up-to-date with latest technologies. Provides enough support (even financially) for career improvements by allowing to take advanced courses.
