Pros

Well known brand and great products; friendly employees; on site cafeteria; casual dress code; In-n-Out truck at town hall meetings.

Cons

Poor onboarding. Showed up and did not have resources or training ready, staff unaware of my arrival. Immediately showed me there were communication gaps. Employee programs, such as HR, are either outsourced or housed in New Jersey so you are on the phone with a vendor or begging your supervisor to make the time to obtain a password for you to access your info on the self service site. Managers don't have the time to also function as HR and manufacturing employees don't have the time or resources to spend trying to figure out how to update their mailing address. Morale is very low as there were major layoffs a couple of years ago. Approximately 50% of the workforce onsite is comprised of contract/ temporary workers, many whom have been there for extended periods of time. You don't see employees connected to the company or each other. The employees are divided by a physical divider, the street that separates manufacturing and administrative buildings which creates an invisible divider among employees.

Pros

Talented and fun people to work with. Place where risk taking and failure was ok as long as learnings were identified and applied to future endeavors.

Cons

At times, decisions were slow to come by which made it frustrating if one is woking with tight deadlines.
