A thoroughly supportive and encouraging learning environment for both kids and staff. The BCBAs are knowledgeable, committed, and compassionate. Everyone helps each other out! Flexible hours with Full and Part time schedules. The clinical director and BCBAs are constantly feeding us! Clinic snacks in the kitchen, random morning doughnuts, suprise Thai food lunch, staff meeting pizza - we eat good. A fully stocked clinic with amazing toys, stimuli, sensory items, and books. Great communication and training, awesome atmosphere, and unmatched company culture.

Sometimes scheduling changes are very last minute and are scheduled for outside of your availibility.

Great communication between rbt and with supervisors, there's always support available whenever you need, they are always willing to get you the hours you want, and super flexible with time off and emergencies
