      Set schedule, pto and sick pay build up quickly, lots of holidays

      Good old boy club, very little opportunity for advancement, if you're not like the "guys" you getting singled out

      Great team support and a very kind group of people!

      Cons

      Managers manage, NOT lead. I've always been in companies where there were Leaders. Not the case here. In addition, you get paid close to minimum wage, and the benefits are horrible.
