Integrity level of leaders in international regions are low, such as in Asia and Japan where they do whatever they please: choosing acquaintances that benefit themselves as key business partners, entertaining their friends and playing golf several days a week using company money justifying it as client relationship building when in many cases just outings with friends and even with just internal company buddies. They don’t get into trouble due to being in remote locations and activities not transparent to HQ or because they are considered to be “family” by the Owner of NB.
