      I honestly don’t see any pro’s

      Cons

      I believe they are just now starting their recruitment team. They have about 8 recruiters and have let go more than half in the past month due to poor strategy. They gave us clear KPI’s and after those KPIs were met they let go of recruiters due to poor ROI strategy and cost per recruiter
