      Pros

      They pay is okay, not a lot of working hours. Easy.

      Cons

      Vast majority of Chinese staff are completely incompetent. Very poorly managed. I'd be surprised if it survives another year. Repetitive work.

      Friendly, young staff Many branches Partnerships with companies so there's always a opportunity to earn more

      Cons

      Days off are never scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays only 5 days annual paid leave a year
