Pros
Exciting environment. Great job right out of college if you can live at home. Staff is very friendly and close. As a full time employee I had to work all games, but we did recieve 2 tickets per game for our family to use.
Cons
Pay is insulting for the caliber of employees they are looking for. Long hours and no room for growth hence the high turnover. Yes, everyone wants to work there, because the team is doing well, but that is no excuse for not valuing your employees or paying them what they are worth. Department heads have been around for a LONG time and some of them are very unprofessional. For the amount of success the team has and revenue that is made, it is not shared with the small full time staff.
