I have worked with many different agencies, travel and local, and have finally found the best one! This company provides you with much higher pay than at least 5 other agencies (I know from experience!), I'm getting paid 15$/hour more than I was as a staff nurse at a local hospital and 5-15$/hour more than I was at other agencies. The recruiters and HR staff are extremely pleasant to work with and always make sure everything is going well with my assignment. I wish I would have known about this place sooner!

This is a smaller company-which is not a con from my view point but I can see how it could make some skeptical. But it shouldn't-if you get an opportunity to work here take it! You will be so happy you did.
