Awful - Director New Leaders Employee Review

Worst leadership I’ve ever experienced in my long career. CEO is not a people leader and models all the worst traits and behaviors of ineffective people management which scale down throughout the organization. The only real way to describe this place is to say it feels like it’s run by a bunch of people who have zero experience running a business — and who are arrogantly trying to recreate the wheel… it’s embarrassing. Anyone with real business or leadership experience should steer clear as this will be a waste of time. All that can be gleaned from working here is a long list of ways not to be and things not to do. I have deeper more meaningful authentic relationships after a few months in a new role than after 5 years here. The culture is toxic, untrusting and fake.
