      Pros

      The work environment is very relaxed and welcoming. I've become good friends with my coworkers and really enjoy working with them. It feels good working for a company that really cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to solve any problems.

      Cons

      Many of the employees play pickelball during lunch break. It'd be nice to have a pickleball trainer come to help us improve our game.

      This company has provided thousands with the opportunity to save money by switching to solar. They're only goal is to be as helpful as possible about spreading the good word or solar power.
