Pros
Started out great. Good encouragement, understanding. If they like you, you're golden. Opportunity to make money is there, but you have to door knock to get the real money.
Cons
If you speak out, ask questions or butt heads, you will not last long. Over time, owner revealed himself as one who sweet talks, sugar coats and manipulates individual employees to working in the way he deems best. Shines light on what he wants you to see, but there are plenty of shadows, for the customer. If you are only after money, great place to work.
