Pros
Great work environment - very flexible - no micromanagement at my level - really good balance between work and personal life - the sky is the limit - can get a lot of experience in a short amount of time - management is very approachable and very capable - overall a very good experience in IT
Cons
Sometimes chaotic and take more of a reactive approach than a proactive approach - need to step up their game in other departments and communicate better between the different departments - could compensate a bit higher at the beginning - will increase the overall satisfaction of newer employees for sure
