Senior management team is very smart, ethical and collaborative. They rarely make poor choices. Company does the right thing by its clients, agents and employees, even when no one is looking. Very healthy balance between conservatism and innovation. Best benefit package I've ever seen, including pension, generous 401(k), on-site medical and dental, and half-day Fridays in the summer.
Cons
Technologically behind the curve, which limits growth. Struggling to figure out how to get more women and people of color into senior management ranks. A lot of rank-and-file employees still have a 9-to-5 mentality, while manay middle and senior managers work 24/7.
