Pros
Great branch programs, designed within branches! (not designed by dilusional top heavy corporate staff). Few exceptional teams are very easy to spot in the corporate office.
Cons
Overall corporate team/environment is disconnected due to a lack of growth potential which creates micro aggressive people who will do anything to hold on to what 'they have' and continue to be unhappy and bring others down. The worst middle managers, have the highest turnover rates obviously b/c they don't know how to retain talent-and don't care to- too busy being mediocre and holding on to their lack of growth potential and seeking validation from other mediocre people. TERRIBLE BENEFITS PACKAGE. INEXPERIENCED HIRING TEAMS WHO ARE NOT TRAINED IN HR. AND RUDE HR COORDINATOR -THE ONE GREAT RESPECTFUL ONE THEY HAD IS NO LONGER THERE_LEFT IN 1 YEAR! Corporate places unnecessary expectations on branch staff - who are already mostly in a retail environment.
