- very flexible -easy to work with school schedule

-not much upward mobility - remote internship not very organized

I was able to do substantive work on a top congressional race in the country. I had great co workerss and it was great to work on something larger than myself.

The hours were very long. An average work week was seven days a week and at least 12 hours per day.
