Good benefits, flexible work hours.

Managers are not kept in check by upper management. Some departments are a total mess as far as inventory, etc...

Unfortunately, there aren't any pros.

I'm genuinely unsure how the company is still standing. There is hardly any PTO to speak of. Severe lack of organization and leadership. HR hardly does anything except for babysit employees. I have never been at a company that has fired several people out of nowhere. While nepotism is real and happens, it is very much right in your face. I feel truly terrible for everyone that is still working there that isn't in leadership. The amount of people that quit with no notice is extremely telling. There isn't just a bad company culture - there isn't one. How management and leadership can be so blind is beyond me.
