Pros
Rewarding place to work, the business likes to move at a fast pace so its ideal for people that want to really kick on and achieve big things. NewDay is the kind of company that will back a great idea and give you the opportunity to run with it. As long as there is a strong business case, I've never seen an idea get knocked back.
Cons
NewDay is not a company for people that want to come into a company and simply coast. You can achieve big things but you have to be willing to work hard.
