Pros
I could talk endlessly about how amazing this work environment is! Everyone at Newfound is so supportive and welcoming and always willing to help out with anything you need. The management team is insanely accomodating and I've never once felt as though I couldn't ask for help or flexibility when I needed it. There's an awesome benefits package and there's also a dog. So many oppurtunities for growth, especially with their Leadership Development Program that allows employees to develop their own plan for their futures and helps teach them the skills they'd need to get there with activities and meetings. The people here are amazing I cannot say it enough. When reading the reviews, you'd think it would be the opposite, only to learn that many of these are from roles we staffed, not internal employees. (Just your friendly reminder to take everything with a grain of salt). Huge shoutout to Rich for setting the standard for us that makes going into work so amazing.
Cons
A lot of last-minute assignments and deadlines, but that's the industry for ya, not much you can do about it.
