      Large company so one can disappear and just keep tenure.

      Cons

      There are no expectations set and no rewards for hard work. A lot of smoke and mirrors on LinkedIn to 'look' like an equitable and diverse company.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
