      This role is great to get your foot in the door and get experience in underwriting commercial real estate properties

      Cons

      Upper management does not seem to care about their employees and we experienced significant turnover during my time there

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
