      I really enjoy working for my colleagues and superiors and the team has a great positive energy. Compensation is pretty standard and the work load is manageable.

      The portfolio is on the small side so opportunities for advancement are limited.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
