      The company has been in transition for the past 5 years and things still aren’t settled. Employees all seem to be braced to weather the next change(es).

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
