Plenty of different experience to be gained from working with people in many departments. Always something to do. Good place to get technical experience as an engineer with many projects to work on. Casual friendly work place atmosphere.

Would be better with more time management tools and clear employee development paths.

One of the few places I've worked where the management actually promotes people to grow within the organization. Not only because it's a relatively lean team vs. a large company (worked with a smaller team in my current company), but also management makes growth opportunities explicit and mentions them regularly. Good to have been part of team that's thinking about scaling and promoting staff to do that. Since the company launches new products every couple months, as a new BD/marketing person I was able to take a lot of responsibilities for a product launch and had great support to do that. Had a very positive experience here, and helped me build great hustling and leadership skills

Not a huge concern but the teams are lean and agile meaning that people often will need to go beyond their immediate role
