Pros
Very flexible with personal time off. Lots of overtime if needed.comperitive pay compared to similar work in the area.
Cons
Today managers per department. Reason is company policy doesn't allow for much pay increase so the company will just promote someone to hold on to them and they are not qualified to manage. Also they like to hire outside for key positions instead of promoting qualified employees for these spots.
