People outside my direct group were not doing work and getting paid a lot of money, which raises questions on if managers are tracking their employees. Leadership was very bad at keeping promises. I was promised a raise and kept getting stringed along with "we can do it in 2 months" multiple times until I gave it a year and left. Very huge disparty in wages in the department as well, with people doing some of the most work at the bottom earning very 50-75k less then senior or higher analysts.
