Corrupt upper management "managers" have no desire to hire within the company String employees along and make false promises of promotions/full-time opportunities knowing good and well they have no desire to promote. "Managers" openly discuss employment status and other private details in open settings with employees who have no right to know such details. Horrible pay for Horrible hours. Forced to work during unbearable conditions such as the polar vortex. No benefits for part time employees no team building or moral. No check ins. Walking on eggshells office setting. No feedback or praise. Horrible office snacks. Overall as great as this place might sound on paper its a disaster and the "managers" are beyond unprofessional and HR refuses to due anything about it. Instead of hiring within and valuing their employees they would rather recycle through qualified candidates every couple months until legitimate employees realize Newsy is completely fraudulent and move on. seriously do not waste your time here.
