Pros
As part of an attempt to improve company image, they have asked members to write positive reviews for them. It's apparent when paid time off is 5 days, which includes sick days and certain holidays when clients are open.
Cons
While they have a couple long time employees which will vouch for them because of their personal relationships, most employees would agree that Newt Global is one of the worst places to work. We're not only subject to changing rates at the drop of a hat, they constantly barage us with additional work. It's not our job to spy while on client site yet they insist to have us send confidential information as well as perform the jobs we were contractedd to do.
