NexCore really values their employees and who they're hiring. Turnover is incredibly low, and some of the youngest people at NexCore have stayed for 4+ years, even being their first "real" job.
Cons
Truly do not have any cons. Management and structure are great. Have heard that pay is low-balled but you're sure to get what you deserve if you stay. Plenty of rumors that the favorites also get paid more for being essential to business, though all should be considered essential.
The people, overall, are nice. Co-workers are welcoming, the pay is decent, and the benefits are solid.
