Pros
Strong team with plenty of impactful work to do. I was able to directly interface with and help the customer move things forward, no training wheels, or process to jump through. Subsidized health insurance premiums (Really Good Rates) Reasonable salary Natalie in HR is awesome. She really knows what she is doing, which is mirrored in the employee benefits.
Cons
Lost one of their major long term customers, which is natural as the government can’t show favoritism. But, they lost two contracts back to back with the same customer, which cut their workforce by about 50%. This caused me to have to move on.
