Nexsales has been a fantastic place to learn and grow. If you're early in your career and eager to build real, future-proof skills, this is a great environment. The company is betting big on AI and constantly improving its tech stack, so you're always learning something new. What I really appreciate is that extra effort doesn’t go unnoticed. People recognize when you push yourself.
Cons
The minimum working hours is 9hrs below which your salary gets cut. That's the only negative i see as of now.
