Pros
I have been working at Nexans for 3,5 years. In these time I have hold 3 different positions, so I am very engaged because I am having a fast paced career I initially joined as an intern and now I am a manager, every day I am growing personally and professionally. The best part of working at Nexans is the people. Here in Paris I work with colleagues from many nationalities like: India, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Romania, Ukraine and it makes the working environment really nice and culturally diverse.
Cons
Nexans is and should continue working on diversity, hiring and developing people with different religions, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, etc. It will make the company a greater place to work.
