Pros
Base Comp is Solid and there are ways to do extra tasks and see into meetings you wouldn't be able to at bigger companies.
Cons
Commission and Quota are not researched, and are never hit by the sales teams unless we pay for a conference or inbound generation. Leadership is constantly switching strategies every 2-4 weeks and there is no clear ICP.
