Let me start by thanking you for your feedback. As the CEO, I take ownership for your experience and do not pride myself on receiving one star reviews. You expressed that your experience working here was unsatisfactory and means that in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line.
As much as I appreciate the feedback and have been reflecting on it, I cannot agree with the comment of, “Respect is a two way street. Yours is a one way street and only your car can drive on.” We are working hard to build a solid, positive culture at Next Day Plus and no one is exempt. Though we may have difference of opinions, rest assured I have the upmost respect for each one of my employees and value them immensely. If that was not conveyed, I take responsibility. As a company, we will continue to learn, grow, and always communicate openly and with transparency.
