      Pros

      Next Generation, often referred to as Next Gen, is a team, nature based program giving the kids and teacher an opportunity to enjoy nature, teach the curriculum at levels appropriate for our different classrooms. The administration is supportive and responsive to both employee and client questions and needs. Coworkers are all wonderful.

      Cons

      There are few downsides I have experienced. Staffing is currently being expanded due to shortage of available and qualified applicants.
