Pros

Events are laid back and management is wiling to help when it is beneficial to them.

Cons

If you need help or have a question, good luck getting a response. My pay has been late several times, and I have not been reimbursed on items I purchased. When I email staff about this I can barely get a response. Pay used to be $35 an hour, but they recently decreased to $30 per hour. Portal is difficult to use.

Pros

Contract. You pick exactly what events you want to work. Very social. You meet a lot of really cool people who are also BA's Reimbursement for products and additional expenses depending on location. Good communication between staff and supervisors. There are always events available.

Cons

Depending on location, sometimes there are a lot of people putting in for the same event. Pay for event is based on sign-off from supervisors, so it is not always approved for the immediate pay period.
