      Based on school calendar so great time-off perks. Great place to learn and grow as a therapist. Very supportive and encouraging staff to work with. Great leadership.

      Salary is average but not terrible. There can be red-tape when it comes to working in the school district.

      Leadership is very open and supportive. They really value their employees.

      Cons

      Main office is in Tyler, but some locations are far from the home office. Which is not that big of a deal, and they manage the logistics well.
