nextstep is located centrally in noida and has very nice infrastructure. the management and people working are very good and helpful. they work with some the leading clients and there are lot of senior positions to work on. you really learn a lot as a IT recruiter. There are good incentives and very good trainings where you can develop lot of your skills. it is located very close to metro station so its very easy to commute. 5 days working and there are no slog hours... office timings are almost fixed and you are back at home by 6:00 - 6:15
