Pros
1. The clients 2. The staff ( aides that help clients)
Cons
1. You’re expected to take on private clients and not get paid for them. 2. They say they’ll pay for gas but I only ever got it 2x in like a year I worked there. 3. Management doesn’t know how to talk to employees. 4. They expect you to fulfill orders, clean and teach the individuals with disabilities. 5. Office staff. I will say that during the holidays last year they did a lot of weekend pop ups where they would sell products. They would literally take everything from the “little store” and do their sale. When they returned they would just dump everything in the room and expect you to put it back together on Monday just so they could take it apart on Friday again. I was yelled at by the OWNER for the room being messy when it was just me and 1 client (with a disability). Did I mention I was 5 months pregnant at the time! Yeah not her finest moment.
