- The pay could be better. But the salary range is flexible, so if you prove how good you are, you will be able to expect a salary increase.
- 1-2 years back, some employees were not happy because of the management and the set of layoffs. That caused a domino effect on everyone else in the company. Employees talk about what they don't like and unintentionally convince other employees the same. That hurt the reputation of the company's work environment. However, now the management is much better and well aware of the previous mistakes. For more than a year now, we haven't seen anything negative about the management and the company decisions.
