Pros
Pay is good, no issues getting travel approved if you need to travel to site or HQ. Pretty much at your own discretion.
Cons
Current contract employee. Most of the engineering / construction organization is made of contractors. Many folks are new as a result and there is a lot of turnover. Things can get pretty chaotic with people really not knowing what they are doing. Document management system that is required (Unifier) is also a pain to use.
